MR Cloud has been providing IT support to companies and individuals in Hampshire and the surrounding areas since 2001. We provide everything that a small to medium business or organisation will require for the operation of its IT systems.
Our services include: remote helpdesk; on-site engineering services; hardware and software supply; IT installations; managed services such as managed backup, managed virus protection, managed spam protection and remote server monitoring.
We also provide software support including; database management and support, custom software programs, website support and legacy software support. If you need assistance with the support of your IT systems, we’re here to help.
Daytime support covers between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Out-of-ours support covers between 5:30pm and 1:30am. Technical support for hosted services such as we hosting or virtual servers is available 24/7.
There are things that we can’t do remotely and on these occasions you’ll need someone to take a look. Or you may just want to see a technician every so often to discuss options, upgrades, IT strategies, or anything you like!
If the standard hours of service don’t cover the hours that you want us to be available, we offer extended hours of support using and cost is easily managed with pay-as-you-go.
Have a technician for a whole day and they’ll fix anything that needs fixing, and do anything else they can to make their daily computing easier and less stressful. If you’re subscribed, the total cost can be spread across your regular payments.
