Analysis of Financial Documents

Daytime support covers between 8:30am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Out-of-ours support covers between 5:30pm and 1:30am. Technical support for hosted services such as we hosting or virtual servers is available 24/7.

On-site visits

There are things that we can’t do remotely and on these occasions you’ll need someone to take a look. Or you may just want to see a technician every so often to discuss options, upgrades, IT strategies, or anything you like!

Extended helpdesk service

If the standard hours of service don’t cover the hours that you want us to be available, we offer extended hours of support using and cost is easily managed with pay-as-you-go.

Regular visits

This allows you to borrow one of our technicians for a whole day and they’ll fix anything that needs fixing, and do anything else they can to make their daily computing easier and less stressful.
